Ora Juice Skincare Return Policy

At Ora Juice Skincare, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered with our flexible return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Unopened Products: Receive a full refund to your original payment method for items returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

First-Time Guarantee for Opened Products: If you try a product and it’s not the right fit for your skin, we’ll provide a full refund on your first return of that product category (e.g., cleanser, moisturizer). This risk-free guarantee is limited to one return per product category.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as final sale or purchased during promotions.
  • Custom or personalized items.

Return Shipping

Prepaid Return Labels are provided for damaged or defective products. For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions to complete your return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
